We have busy lives. Many of us have families to provide for, and financial responsibilities to enormous debts. Many of us battle physics illness, mental illness and injuries. With all of these hats that we wear, we have to combat the world as well.
All these factors (there are plenty more not mentioned) can add a lot of stress to the mind, body and soul. What do you do to stay grounded?
