#34

Father God, thanks for another year of Life! I see great things for chapter 34. I’m growing, Healing and forgiving so that the best ME can flourish. Thank you for my family and friends, because they help me in so many ways and I love them dearly. Thank you for the strength to battle MS like the true WARRIOR that I am. Cheers to PURTY-FOUR!!! Also, shout out to my fellow LEOs, our Official season is here (it’s really all year round tho)🥳🥳🥳♥️♥️♥️ #nicolecherise #34 #leoseason

You’re still Here

So much that weighs on our hearts.

So many horrible experiences.

Trust broken, relationships not ever lasting.

Family became Strangers.

Illnesses with no cure.

Damage to the body that can’t fully be repaired.

Friends become enemies.

Debt is more than our salaries.

Our mental state needs assistance through counselors or prescriptions.

Some turn to the bottle and drugs to get through their issues.

With all of this… You’re Still here. You are Bigger than any of these circumstances. You serve a purpose not matter if it’s big or small. Don’t give in, don’t give up on yourself. You are needed.

Thank you,

Nicole Cherise ♥️

I didn’t truly understand this until after I hit 30. We interact with so many individuals from all walks of the Earth and we have to be careful of what we allow to take place in our lives. I’m a work in progress but I realize how much my Peace is worth. I hope you do as well. I know this can be difficult if you have family, friends and colleagues that have toxic/negative energies surrounding them but we can choose to step away or to not let it disturb us. Have you guys ever felt like this? Or experienced this?

Staying grounded

We have busy lives. Many of us have families to provide for, and financial responsibilities to enormous debts. Many of us battle physics illness, mental illness and injuries. With all of these hats that we wear, we have to combat the world as well.

All these factors (there are plenty more not mentioned) can add a lot of stress to the mind, body and soul. What do you do to stay grounded?

Do you lean towards your faith, meditation or yoga practices? Or maybe it’s taking mental days to rest? Or enjoy your favorite hobby? Let me know 😊
